Using the Community Broadcasting Foundation logo

Acknowledgement - When and where the logo should appear

It is a condition of funding that clients of the Community Broadcasting Foundation acknowledge the CBF's support in broadcasts and include the CBF logo in all promotional material and publications (e.g. program guides, newsletters and websites -- see Using the logo on another website). The following acknowledgement must be used next to the logo:

Produced with the assistance of the Community Broadcasting Foundation.

Using the CBF logo

  • Always use the logo supplied by the CBF -- the files for downloading can be found below.
  • Never recreate or amend the logo yourself, and never get a designer, artist or computer operator to recreate it for you. Do not scan the logo from a hard copy.
  • The size, shape, position and weight relationships of the logo must be maintained in any resizing of the logo such that the integrity remains intact.

Please contact the CBF if you have any questions regarding use of the CBF logo.

Using the CBF logo on another website

Low-resolution versions are available below. The logo should appear exactly as displayed, and should not be resized or amended in any way. The dimensions should be set at pixels x pixels so that the logo is not distorted. You must also link to the Community Broadcasting Foundation website from the logo.

Colour

There are different options for reproducing the logo, depending on how many colours are being used.

Four (or more) colour printing and online

When reproduced as a positive image, the Pantone Matching System colours are:

  • Dark Blue / PMS 532 CV
  • Yellowy green / PMS 584 CV

Process colour should endeavour to reproduce these colours as closely as possible.

One & Two colour printing

If one of the colours is black, the logo may be reproduced either as a positive image (black) or negative image (white on a coloured or black background).

If  black is not used, the logo must be reproduced as a negative image (white on a coloured or black background).
